All training is designed and delivered by former UK Special Forces personnel. With decades of experience operating in hostile environments, our instructors bring a structured, disciplined approach to both physical and non-physical scenarios, ensuring every participant is supported, challenged, and protected.

Every training activity is professionally managed and backed by a full risk assessment. Scenarios are designed with clear parameters, and control measures are in place throughout to ensure the safety of all involved.
Live fire elements are conducted only in approved environments under licensed supervision. Physical demands are scaled to suit group capabilities, and medical cover is in place across all immersive programmes. From start to finish, safety is planned, briefed and maintained, without exception.
