WDG CEO & Founder
The brand was founded by Leo Walker; a 20-year veteran of distinguished military service within Britain’s most elite units. His 15-years of service within the Special Forces was preceded by 5-years of service within the Royal Marines.
Leo has led numerous high-pressured operations all over the globe. An expert logistician and tactical thinker, his experiences have allowed him to design and implement diverse sets of mental and physical training plans for a variety of high-profile corporate clients and military units.
His experience in the Royal Marines training team has given him the knowledge and experience to guide recruits as young as 16 through some of the world’s most arduous military training in the world. In recent years, he has taken a wide variety of groups from various backgrounds, through diverse programmes. Leo is the nucleus of the WDG vision and mission – rest assured that you are in the very best hands.
Jason Fox
WDG Director
Jason Carl Fox, known as ‘Foxy’, a star of Channel 4 show’s SAS: Who Dares Wins, Foxy’s Fearless 48 Hours, Foxy’s War and Netflix’s Inside the Real Narcos.
Foxy is a pedigree within the Special Forces, having carried out live hostage rescues and numerous operations spanning the globe. He has also written two bestselling books. He has been involved in the corporate and media world now for the last 10 years. Foxy alongside Leo will lead the innovation brand that is WDG.
Jasmine Kneale
Client Services Manager
Jasmine Kneale, as the Client Services Manager at Who Dares Group, brings a unique blend of emotional intelligence and a pragmatic mindset. Her approach is underpinned by a strong sense of empathy and diplomacy, making her exceptionally effective in her role. Jasmine’s positive attitude and sense of humour not only enhance team dynamics but also contribute significantly to a positive work environment.
Her excellence in customer service is globally recognized, evidenced by her winning a global award in customer service in 2019. Tom Beaver
WDG Director & BeaverFit CEO
Following on from the family business of Bridge Building, Tom Beaver co-founded BeaverFit LTD – the leading global manufacturer of outdoor fitness equipment and training solutions. From a humble background of SAS Reserves, he has since advanced to the fitness industry.
Following his training, Tom created a small yet sturdy training rig, that of which, through research and development now sits on thousands of Military bases worldwide.
He represents BeaverFit as the leading supplier of outdoor fitness solutions to the UK and US MOD, supplying over 8000 Rigs and Container Gym Solutions around the globe. Tom embodies the very ethos of his company – humble, hardworking, and determined.
Kamran Akrami
Operations and Business Development Manager
Kamran Akrami serves as the Director of Operations and Business Development at Who Dares Group, where his work within the WDG HQ has been instrumental in elevating the company to an award-winning brand. With an impressive background that includes world-class education from University College London (UCL) and Sciences Po Paris, and fluency in four languages, Kamran brings a diverse and strategic approach to his role.
His expertise in managing dynamic teams and forging strategic partnerships has been pivotal in the company’s growth. Currently, Kamran is also expanding his skillset as an Officer in the British Reserve Infantry (ongoing), focusing on leadership and tactical training. This diverse experience underpins his innovative approach to operations and business development at Who Dares Group.

“P”
Instructor
“P” is a seasoned martial arts professional and world-renowned military combatives instructor, whose expertise has been sharpening the skills of elite service members since 2006.
At Who Dares Group, “P” synthesizes martial theory with practical application, offering an educationally-rich training environment where skills learned are both relevant and immediately applicable. These are taught across a variety of lectures, actor-led scenarios, soft-skill training serials, and practical activities.
With a 40-year martial arts pedigree, he holds instructor qualifications across nine disciplines and proudly bears both British and global sport fighting titles. His academic achievements, a BSc and PGCE, empower him to deliver educational training that transcends physical prowess, focusing on the development of strategic thinking and adaptability.
“S”
Instructor
“S” is a distinguished member of the Who Dares Group, offering a rare blend of civilian aviation experience and elite military training. His journey began as a commercial helicopter pilot before he joined the Royal Marines in 2009, serving with 45 Commando in Afghanistan. His pursuit of excellence led him to the Special Forces in 2013, where he spent a decade mastering tactical and strategic operations.
Recently, “S” has further distinguished himself by earning an MSc with distinction in Performance Psychology, aligning perfectly with Who Dares Group’s ethos of mental resilience and peak performance. His role at WDG taps into this deep well of operational expertise and psychological acumen, ensuring clients receive training that is both practical and psychologically informed.

“V”
Instructor
“V” is a distinguished civilian and military combatives instructor. Since 2015, she has been crafting and delivering scenarios that offer a unique, female perspective in the world of women’s situational awareness and self-defence.
Her instruction, steeped in practicality, includes live exercises with actors, enabling participants to actively engage their learned soft and hard skills.
Accredited under martial arts luminaries Rick Faye and Ajarn Chai Sirisute, “V” brings a wealth of knowledge to Who Dares Group.
Her focus on women’s self-defence is particularly impactful, providing tailored educational content that empowers and equips women with the tools for personal safety and assurance in diverse situations.

With six years in the content industry, Aaron has developed an impressive portfolio spanning diverse sectors. His experience includes working with dynamic brands like Ducati in the extreme expedition niche and collaborating with the prominent contact sports brand UFC, as well as various groundbreaking companies at the forefront of their fields. Aaron’s global travels and work across numerous countries have honed his ability to connect with people and vividly bring their visions to life through content.
Since the inception of Who Dares Group, Aaron has been at the forefront of content creation. Now, stepping into his new role as Head of Production, he brings his vast experience and innovative approach to lead and expand the company’s content production capabilities.

Luke combines his passion for outdoor adventure, contact sports, and fitness with a deep understanding of cinematography, making him a versatile asset to Who Dares Group. With a degree in cinematography and three years of industry experience, he has developed a keen eye for capturing moments that resonate.
