Shark Ninja EMEA’s newly formed C-Suite, comprising members from diverse backgrounds and roles, required high-level leadership and team-building training. The aim was to unify their approach, strengthen team dynamics, and enhance leadership capabilities across the board
Solution:
Who Dares Group won the proposal for a training programme specifically for Shark Ninja's needs. The session commenced with a keynote on advanced leadership principles, focusing on team structure, peer support, and ultimate accountability.
This provided the C-Suite with a foundational understanding of effective leadership in diverse environments.
The program then transitioned to our immersive planning activity, where participants applied the discussed principles in a simulated, high-stakes scenario. This exercise was designed to reinforce teamwork, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Following this, an inspiring keynote talk was delivered by one of our instructors, sharing his personal journey of overcoming a battle injury both mentally and physically. This talk highlighted resilience and the power of a positive mindset in the face of adversity.
The day concluded with the British military leadership assessments and a travel awareness workshop. These activities not only served to develop leadership skills further but also provided a fun and engaging way to enhance personal development, ensuring a well-rounded and impactful training experience.
